O God, who in order to crush them that hate Thy Church and to restore Thy solemn worship, didst vouchsafe to choose Blessed Pius to be Thy great High Priest: grant us to be secure under his protection and so to continue Thy service, that, having overcome all the wiles of our adversaries, we may enjoy a perpetual peace. Through Christ our Lord.
